OREANDA-NEWS. September 07, 2011. The Ministry of Justice has approved an order of the state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs via the Internet. The corresponding order was signed by the Minister of Justice Alexander Lavrinovich.

The Order approved by the Ministry of Justice establishes general principles of representation of electronic documents for carrying out of the state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs with Internet use. The order also regulates an order of the handling of these documents.

So, according to the order, for registration of the legal entity or a physical person - the entrepreneur it will be necessary to address to the state registrar (currently these powers are vested in the State Registration Service of Ukraine) who will give to the applicant access to a special website on the Internet. On the website it will be possible to fill a registration card and to submit the documents necessary for the subject of an entrepreneurial activity for registration.

The order also provides possibility of giving necessary for document registration by a notary. In that case the documents will be certified by the electronic digital signature of the notary.

According to the order of the Ministry of Justice, the state registrar will be obliged twice a day (in the first and second half of day) to check availability of new applications for carrying out of the state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs. Thus the message confirming the fact of reception of the application is automatically transferred to the applicant.
