OREANDA-NEWS. September 6, 2011. The increased need for seasonal transport of coal to domestic power facilities and housing is forcing Freight One to temporarily reduce the provision of rolling stock on coal export routes, including to the Ukraine.

For this reason, the company will also reduce the transport from the Ukraine of construction-grade stones in its own gondolas.

Previously, beginning in May 2011, the company, taking into account the start of the season of importation of construction-grade stones for the construction of socially significant facilities of the Russian Federation and at the request of Ukrainian Railways, significantly increased transport of such stones along the same route in the same gondolas that are used for coal transport.
