OREANDA-NEWS. September 5, 2011. Since 1st September 2011 a new model of passengers and airlines handling have been implemented at Boryspil Airport. It is for the first time when international and domestic flights handling procedures are united in one terminal. This model enabled a significant improve of domestic flights passenger handling and opened new opportunities for transit passengers handling.

In Terminal B the public areas for the passengers of domestic flights were significantly extended, the number of seats was increased and the level of servicing in the business lounge was upgraded.

On 1st September 2011 a first stage of domestic flights transfer to Terminal B  was carried out. A new technology has been already implemented for AeroSvit Airlines and  Motor Sich Airlines. The passengers of Ukraine International Airlines will be handled in Terminal B since 8 September 2011. Dniproavia will be transferred to Terminal B since 15 September 2011.
