OREANDA-NEWS. September 5, 2011. Freight One’s Board of Directors has reelected Ilya Ryaschin, RZD’s Head of Planning and Budgeting, as Chairman of Freight One’s Board of Directors.

Alexey Illarionov, RZD’s Head of Information and Corporate Governance Processes, was elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
