OREANDA-NEWS. September 05, 2011. The State Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine announces an unprecedented campaign for liquidation of the delays of registration and issuance of the state certificates on an ownership right the land areas.

In Vyshnioviy town the state certificates have been handed to local residents. In the events, in particular, was attended by Chairman of the State Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine Sergiy Tymchenko, the Chairman of the Kyiv Regional State Administration Anatoliy Prisyajnyuk.

Within the limits of a national course of the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych on fight against corruption, the State Agency of Land Resources plans to eliminate queues and delays of issue of certificates on all territory of Ukraine within the next two months. During September - October, 2011 it is planned to give out about hundred thousand certificates.

By joint efforts of the State Agency of Land Resources and local government bodies on all territory of Ukraine generate mobile groups for issue of certificates. The Kyiv region will become indicative where the total debt amounted to over 32 000 certificates. Already today territorial bodies of the State Agency of Kyiv region are ready to give out about 20 000 certificates. On September, 2nd issuing up to 3 000 acts in the majority most parts of the region is planned. In particular, in Kyiv - Svyatoshinsky 176 state certificates will be given out workers of the social sphere, land which are in the Mikhailovsky - Rubezhovskaya village council.

According to the Head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk, one of the biggest problems of the region is the unauthorized distribution of lands. “We also will use the best efforts henceforth for returning of the squandered hectares to their true owner - to the people”, - Anatoliy Prisyajnyuk notices.
