OREANDA-NEWS. September 05, 2011. Propagation of condominiums is a way of modern reforming of housing and communal services which have passed all industrialized countries. Such opinion was stated by the deputy Minister of regional development, construction, housing and communal services of Ukraine – chief of Ministry machinery Grygorii Semchuk during a briefing.

As he said, working off of the normative-legal base necessary for stimulation of creation of associations is almost completed. On behalf of the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services has prepared a number of offers on improvement of conditions of creation and the further work of associations, among which granting of financial backing from the state budget on repair work and an accomplishment, tap of the ground areas under houses in property of condominiums, definition of precise borders of near building territories and more.

"Innovations testify on the efficiency. If it was created from 300 up to 500 associations in year, rendering of financial backing from the state in the past to year earlier stimulated a gain up to 1700 condominiums", - Grygorii Semchuk noted.

The deputy minister informed, that for today there are 13 600 associations, and practice shows, that a condition of an available housing which they cares, became much better.
