OREANDA-NEWS. September 02, 2011. Akhmetzhan S. YEsimov, Akim of Almaty Oblast, met with the visiting delegation from MCC Communication Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (MCET) in Taldy Kurgan, where the government is located, in Kazakhstan. The delegation consisted of Chairman Yin Xuezhi and Vice General Manager Geng Yansheng of MCET, reported the press-centre of MCC.

Upon invitation, Chairman Yin Xuezhi headed the delegation to Kazakhstan for market investigation, with a target to promote the exploration of overseas market and accelerate the implementation of the global presence strategy.

Governor Akhmetzhan S. YEsimov extended a warm welcome to Chairman Yin Xuezhi and his delegation members. He made a briefing on the highway development situation of Kazakhstan, especially the several latest works under collaboration between the governments of China and Kazakhstan, for instance, New Eurasia Continental Bridges.

He also expected that the mutual cooperation with MCET could be further strengthened for the outer-ring highway in the City of Almaty. Chairman Yin Xuezhi gave a brief introduction to the performance of the core business undertaken by MCC Group and MCET. He wished MCET to intensify efforts for participation in the project implementation and make contribution to the economic growth in Kazakhstan. 

During the visit, Chairman Yin Xuezhi met with the General Manager of SANA Construction Company and entered into an initial cooperative intent on the upgrading and transformation of highways in Kazakhstan.
