OREANDA-NEWS. September 02, 2011. The runway of Lviv International airport will be opened on December 25, 2011. The vice Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of Infrastructure Borys Kolesnikov informed about it during a working trip to Lvov.

According to Borys Kolesnikov, the terminal will be opened even earlier: greater preparation and training of the personnel which will work in the new terminal of "Lviv" airport is currying out.

During familiarization with construction of the new terminal Borys Kolesnikov communicated to young men who are applicants for work on air terminal: "You meet and see off visitor of Ukraine, and 90% of their impressions depend on you", - Borys Kolesnikov told, having noted, that youth - graduates of the Ukrainian high schools first of all would be involved to work on the airport.
Lviv International airport works at capacity by the end of March, 2012.
