Goryunov (Chairman of the Board of RTS Stock Exchange) was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of ZAO Depository Clearing Company at the Meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 30, 2010. A. Fedotov (Head of the Securities Department of ZAO Citibank in Russia and CIS) and D. Solovev (Managing Director for Operating and Administrative Issues of the Corporate-Investment Bank Block of Alfa-Bank) were elected Deputy Chairmen of the Board of Directors.
