OREANDA-NEWS. September 1, 2011. SOLLERS, OJSC and FIAT GROUP AUTOMOBILES S.p.A (FGA) have signed an agreement concerning the future development of the distribution of FIAT automobiles and  spare parts as well as warranty cover and service maintenance of FIAT automobiles in Russia.

Effective January 1, 2012, the agreement calls for SOLLERS to transfer the import and distribution rights of FIAT automobiles in the Russian Federation to Fiat Group Automobiles SpA.

From this date, FGA will additionally honour warranty policies and provide spare parts and service for all FIAT cars sold by SOLLERS since 2006 through the official dealer network.

In its continuing commitment to the Russian market, FGA will further restructure and develop its dealer network in order to provide comprehensive sales and after sales service for FIAT automobiles to current and future Russian customers.
