OREANDA-NEWS. September 01, 2011. Bashneft commercial papers (exchange-traded debentures) of series BO-01, BO-02, BO-03 and BW-04 were included in the list of securities admitted for trading on the MICEX Stock Exchange, reported the press-centre of Bashneft.

The Bashneft Board of Directors adopted the decision to issue series BO-01, BO-02, BO-03 and BO-04 commercial papers with a total nominal value of RUB 30 billion (thirty billion) on 22 July 2011. The objective in registering these issuances is to expand the range of financial instruments that can be used to further optimize the Company's debt portfolio.

In accordance with Russian law, there is no time limit, within which commercial papers can be placed on the market.

The main parameters for the commercial papers are:

Series BO-01 and BO-02 commpercial papers with nominal value of RUB 10 billion each and maximum tenor of 3 years;

Series BO-03 and BO-04 commercial papers with par value of RUB 5 billion each and maximum tenor of 3 years.
