OREANDA-NEWS. September 01, 2011. JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that it has paid the dividend for the year ended December 31, 2010, reported the press-centre of RusHydro.

The total amount due for payment is RUR 2,496,867,427.35. The dividend paid accounted for RUR 2,491,907,524.71. The payment was made in full to all shareholders, except those who didn't notified the registrar of the change of their personal information and those whose details were not correctly taken accounted for by the registrar.

The Annual General Meeting of shareholders approved the payment of dividend in the amount of RUR 0.00860091 per share for FY2010 on June 30, 2011.
