OREANDA-NEWS. September 01, 2011. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov has charged to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade to develop the mechanism of creation and promulgation of marketing plans of the state in all branches of economy. The appropriating assignment the Prime Minister gave on Wednesday at a session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

"Already by the end of current year we will introduce new system of attitudes with participants of the market. At the same time when the state budget passes we should inform a society and participants of the market first of all on scale programs and projects, ie on the state purchases connected with them. I charge to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade to develop the mechanism of creation and promulgation of such marketing plans of the state in all areas", - Mykola Azarov emphasized.

The Prime Minister noted that, unfortunately, now there was no informative dialogue with domestic commodity producers which wait from authority of the precise information, transparency of decisions and predictable actions.

At the same time Mykola Azarov charged to bodies of local authorities to inform in advance citizens on what decision of problems efforts will be concentrated, for example, on construction of motorways, reconstruction of waterpipes, replacement of lifts and so on.
