OREANDA-NEWS. September 01, 2011. The Government has set a task before itself during some years radically to improve medical branch, to deduce it on the European level - on hardware, qualification of doctors, parameters of efficiency of rendering of medical aid and quality of treatment. And we have a domestic potential for this purpose which we need to use properly. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said this during a session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The PM emphasized, that it was necessary to make everything that all domestic manufacturers won from modernization of our medicine not the western concerns and transnational corporations.

"I understand, that in the certain areas there is no alternative to high technologies of "grandees" of medical instrument making, - Mykola Azarov noted. - The first, we speak about mass medicine - beginning from a rural link where we still do not have elementary X-ray and devices for ultrasonic researches. Secondly, in Ukraine also is development of a world class".

The Head of the Government informed, that during a working trip to Kharkiv  region he had personally made sure in competitive possibilities of enterprise "Radmir" which produce both space technology, and diagnostic devices for medicine, which were in great demand in the world.
"One this enterprise practically completely can provide demand of the Ukrainian medicine in digital X-ray-devices, mammographs, devices for ultrasonic researches. And to provide hospitals with them in three times cheaper", - the PM emphasized, having added, that re-equipment of medical institutions thus would be accelerated in three times.

Besides there are fine developments in Ukraine: unique technology of production of "the factor of blood", we send abroad the test systems made in Ukraine for revealing AIDS. And in Kharkov author's development of the centralized dispatching system of "emergency" has allowed reducing time from reception of a call to departure for 46 seconds, and to rendering medical aid by doctors of emergency - to 8 minutes. It is today a world record for cities of such scale.

"This is all our technologies of rescue of a human life", - it was emphasized by Prime Minister.
