OREANDA-NEWS. August 31, 2011. Construction of a new elevator complex for reception, storage and shipment of grain and oilseeds was started in “Teteriv” branch (Velyki Korovyntsi villageChudniv district of Zhytomyr region).

“NIBULON” started the construction of elevator of “Teteriv” branch in a festive week of the 20th anniversary of Ukraine’s independence. After all, “NIBULON” is a true patriot of Ukraine. The company’s investment program employs thousands of builders, invests significant means in agro-industrial complex, creates a serious impetus for the development of other industries - metallurgy, transport, shipbuilding. “NIBULON” shows how funds should be invested in Ukrainian economy during the crisis.

Today patriotic investment project of “NIBULON” gets its spreading in the Zhytomyr region. Elevator complex that will be built in Velyki Korovyntsi village Chudniv district is to become the next stage of development of not the company only but also the entire economical complex of Ukraine. Bringing the elevator into force will provide increased investment attractiveness of the Zhytomyr region and give a powerful impetus to the development of the agricultural sector in the region. During the implementation of the investment project services of “NIBULON” will be approached directly to agricultural producer, the company will create the proper conditions of acceptance of grain that will greatly improve the economy of agricultural sector of the Zhytomyr region. The real benefit that farmers will get from the construction of a new facility of “NIBULON” is an increasing of profit by UAH 50 per each ton of grain.

The company plans to intake corn harvested this year on the new elevator in Velyki Korovyntsi village.

For the Zhytomyr region the investment project of “NIBULON” is, above all, work places for builders of the region and for local residents. But the region will get not only new work places and tax payments to the budgets of different levels, but district and region will get elevator with modern equipment also.

Estimated cost of the facility in Velyki Korovyntsi village will be over UAH 120 million. 60 employees will be working at the new elevator.

Over an area of 6.57 ha, that used to be forgotten and neglected, “NIBULON” plans to create a high-tech complex of the European level, designed for simultaneous storage of 76.8 thousand tons of grain and oilseeds. This elevator will intake 5 thousand tons of agricultural products and at the same time will ship 5 thousand tons also.

The construction site will become international during the construction of elevator complex. Each facility will involve more than 50 construction companies from all over Ukraine that is more than 1.4 thousand builders. Very soon rural people of Chudniv district will be able to see with their own eyes the beauty of “NIBULON’s” construction: powerful trucks, excavators, cranes, bright lighting. The facility will grow every day, becoming a serious infrastructure. “NIBULON’s” elevator will be a real cultural center for the local population after completion of the construction: everybody from locals to international visitors will come here with excursions.

“NIBULON” will use only modern materials and technologies for the construction of the elevator in Velyki Korovyntsi village as well as in the other facilities. It is planned to use equipment of a longtime partner of the company - the Danish company "CIMBRIA UNIGRAIN A / S" on the construction of a new elevator as well as on the previous facilities that are being built by “NIBULON” within the investment project. The quality of the equipment is tested by long years of cooperation and complies with the best technical indicators.

There will also be used equipment of the best provendomestic and import manufacturers: grain cleaning equipment - "SCHMIDT-SEEGER AG" (Germany); filtration equipment of "SIMATEK A/S" (Belgium);samplers - "RAKORAF" (Germany);hopper scales with capacity of 300 tons per hour "PRECIA-MOLEN" (Belgium); truck weigh bridge - “Bulat” company (Ukraine). Management of the company strives to use the best cutting-edge technology to implement an ambitious investment project.

“NIBULON” supports requirements of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, State Inspectorate for Quality Control of Agricultural Products and Monitoring of the Market on increasing responsibility of grain warehouses and companies for the accuracy of determining the grain quality, forming batches and adhering to the legislation in the grain market. To ensure quality of products shipped perfectly in accordance with the contractual obligations, the company will equip a lab of the new elevator with all necessary most modern equipment, which exists in the world. Among them: grain analyzers “Infratec-1261” (“FOSS Analytical AB” company, Sweden), samplers “Rakoraf” (“PFEUFFER GmbH” company, Germany), thermal drying cabinet (“Binder” company, Germany), infrared analyzer “INSTALAB-600”, grain moisture indicator (“KETT”, Japan), dividers of groove type (“Rationel”, Denmark).

Modern branch of “NIBULON” won’t become the first one in the region. Three production units - “Romanivs’ka” (Romaniv village), “Bystrits’ka” (Bystryk village) and “Chudnivs’ka” (Chudniv village) have been successfully operating in Zhytomyr region for a long time, there everybody have been convinced long ago that “NIBULON” is always ready to lend shoulder to the community. Today “NIBULON” shows how serious business is to help ordinary Ukrainians. “NIBULON” allocates substantial funds for the computerization of schools in local villages and towns, for help of institutions of culture, health, civic and religious organizations, for local roads repair, for the development of social infrastructure, etc.. “NIBULON” does not rent plots of land for the construction of elevators, it buys them at a fair price, so the funds are directed to local communities, development of local infrastructure.

The prospects of livestock development in the Zhytomyr region are equally important to “NIBULON”. After all, currently there are favorable conditions for development of this industry in forest area. “NIBULON” began to put in order the livestock complex that unfortunately was brought to the poor condition by previous owners. The company also renewed a line of sausages production that are produced without any additives, enzymes and meat products of dubious origin, but only from animal products, grown by the company.

The company is grateful to regional and local authorities of the Zhytomyr region for understanding and promoting. During the meeting with Director General of“NIBULON”, Hero of Ukraine O. Vadaturskyy, Governor of the Zhytomyr region S. Ryzhuk promised to continue to assist in solving problem issues that the company will face in the process of its formation in the region. According to him, “NIBULON” compares favorably with the other investors in issues of farming standards, animal husbandry, development of social sphere. There are not any other investors with such a systematic approach in the agricultural sector of the Zhytomyr region.
