OREANDA-NEWS. August 31, 2011. JSOC Bashneft has completed the payout of dividends to shareholders/stock owners of the company’s ordinary and preferred shares as per 2010 performance results, reported the press-centre of Bashneft.

The company completely fulfilled its obligations, meeting the previously set deadline.

The dividend payment per one ordinary and one preferred share totaled 131.27 rubles. The overall size of dividend payments made on JSOC Bashneft shares totaled:

- ordinary shares – 22,338,183,607.58 rubles;

- preferred shares – 4,544,919,991.22 rubles.
