OREANDA-NEWS. August 31, 2011. IBA received a reference from Alfa-Bank (Belarus) for an excellent job performance during implementation of the project on budgeting system automation and development of IBM Cognos-based information and analysis system, reported the press-centre of IBA.

The system implemented in Alfa Bank allowed for:

Improving financial planning process

Establishing continuous automated monitoring of the budget implementation

Improving manageability and coordination of the bank’s departments

Increasing transparency of results and motivation of employees

Improving the understanding of business in terms of factors affecting the bank’s financial performance.
