OREANDA-NEWS. August 30, 2011. Globaltrans will post its 1H11 financial and operational results on Tuesday, 30 Aug 2011. We expect the results to be released at 10:00 Moscow time (07:00 London time), reported the press-centre of ATON.     
 
We forecast considerable growth YoY (Revenue (adjusted): +28% YoY, reaching USD 521mn, and EBITDA: +22% YoY amounting to USD 222mn), but almost flat results vs 2H10 for the following reasons: 1H10 created a low revenue base vs 2H10; the YoY decrease in EBITDA margin is attributable to a higher share of railcars in the operating lease. The Bloomberg consensus is close to our numbers at the moment.
 
The results release is to be followed by a conference call with the company’s management at 17:00 Moscow time (14:00 London time). We believe the conference call will be of greater interest to investors than the financial results as we expect management to comment on its Freight One acquisition plans, which have attracted a great deal of attention recently (see our report on Bloomberg and www.atonbroker.com – Globaltrans: On a Buying Spree?, 28 June). We also expect management to comment on the current market situation, further fleet expansion and liberalisation of locomotive traction.
