OREANDA-NEWS. August 30, 2011. Bank Respublika has announced reduction of interest rates on bank-run mortgage program, reported the press-centre of Bank Respublika.

The mortgage rate will now vary from 11% to 13% depending on the amount and period of the loan. The maximum amount of the loan may be AZN 250,000, and loan period – 10 years. Processing of applications takes 3 business days.

The mortgage program from Bank Respublika stands out for consideration of applicant’s official salary and additional sources of income, i.e. commercial incomes, by the Bank. This increases the paying capacity of the applicant.
