OREANDA-NEWS. August 26, 2011. Refinery has completed the project on equipment modernization.

Heavily depreciated and out of date equipment of heater enclosures: separators, heat exchangers, pipes, nozzles, etc. were replaced at the unit L-35/11-1000 of the oil refinery during overhaul. Within the modernization process further equipping of heaters were carried out at the process unit producing high octane gasoline components and hydrogen-bearing gas involved in fuel hydrotreatment. The heaters were provided with automatic control equipment for safe operation: pilot burners and ultra-violet flame scanners.

Cost of the project on heaters modernization made about RUB 65 million.

Project implementation allowed unit L-35/11-1000 to meet the exclusive demands raised by Gazprom neftekhim Salavat management to safe equipment operation and industrial safety measures.
