OREANDA-NEWS. August 26, 2011. OJSC ROSNO-MS is a full legal successor of the reorganized subsidiary of CJSC MSK Tagil-Medservice. The completed structural changes will not require replacement of the unexpired policies issued by the abovementioned company, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

A corresponding entry has been made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Further performance of all obligations of CJSC MSK Tagil-Medservice will be taken over by the Tagil-Medservice Branch of OJSC ROSNO-MS.

Those citizens who had been insured by the subsidiary will now be the insurants of ROSNO-MS. From now on, all rights and obligations of CJSC MSK Tagil-Medservice with regards to such insurants belong to OJSC ROSNO-MS. This organizational transformation will not involve any inconvenience for the insurants, because the old policies issued by CJSC MSK Tagil-Medservice will remain valid.

This takeover of a subsidiary will enable ROSNO-MS to optimize the branch network’s organizational structure and improve the quality of medical insurance services rendered in the region.
