OREANDA-NEWS. August 25, 2011.  At Bushehr NPP (Iran) being built by Atomstroyexport (a company of ROSATOM), power of the nuclear steam supply system was successfully raised up to 40% of nominal and the turbine generators was started up and bought up to idle run at 3,000 revolutions per minute.

These works are an important stage of the startup program of Bushehr NPP.

During construction of nuclear facilities issues of safety are always a priority; therefore, all procedures and tests are carried out carefully and all necessary requirements are met before commissioning of Bushehr NPP.
