JSC "IDGC North-West" carries out its activities in the seven subjects of the federation, located in North-West region: Republic of Karelia, Komi Republic, Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Murmansk , Novgorod and  Pskov regions. The authorized capital of JSC "IDGC North-West" - 9.5786 billion. Controlling stake (55.4%) belongs to JSC " Holding of Interregional Distribution Grid Company" (OJSC" Holding IDGC "). The controlling shareholder of "Holding IDGC" is the state, which owns 53% of the shares.
The main target of JSC "IDGC North-West" - ensuring of  reliable and uninterrupted power supply, technological connection of consumers to the power grid, increasing the investment attractiveness of the power grid assets.
