Clients will be able to choose between the new and the old version of the Online Banking. Full switch-over to the new version will take place gradually, and we will provide information duly.

The new version of the Online Banking was developed considering clients’ needs and it is the first step in a much more extensive improvement program within the scope of which we are planning to introduce modern solutions in the functionality of the Online Banking.

The present version of the Online Banking was launched 2001 and it needed both – improvements in terms of design in line with Citadele bank’s brand as well as technical improvements in order to supplement the Online Banking with new and modern functions.

Online Banking is a convenient way of making payments, carrying out money transfers, applying for new services of the Bank and performing other operations at any time and place convenient for you as long as the internet is available. The use of Online Banking helps to save time, you do not need to visit the Bank’s branch office in person. Citadele will continue to improve its Online Banking in order for it to be a safe, convenient and modern assistant in your and your company’s everyday life.
