OREANDA-NEWS. August 24, 2011. Challenges in the information support of power supply facilities, operation of power supply systems and process automation are solved by TATNEFT with application of IT technologies, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

Today the Company is successfully developing and improving "Energoserver" software package which functions include: electric power fiscal metering, daily information monitoring at the sites of the power custody transfer metering stations, equipment management and emergency outages record, changes in the power supply diagram, performance of scheduled maintenance, and many other functions.

The introduction of the software package for the information support of the processes associated with energy supply is performed by the Information Technologies Department jointly with the Energy Department of TATNEFT and Tatintek Group of companies.

The "Energoserver" software package is an integrated complex that interacts with such systems as: RERS energy trading system, ARMITS integrated information system and Energy Balance software system.

To date, the "Energoserver" application allows performing the whole range of activities to ensure the information support of energy supply issues, and it is continuously developed and upgraded performing increasingly complex tasks.
