OREANDA-NEWS. August 24, 2011. SORAINEN Latvia assisted OK ipasumi, a Latvian real estate investor, in a complicated dispute related to investment services (derivatives transactions) provided by a major bank in Latvia, reported the press-centre of SORAINEN.

SORAINEN advised the client in respect to legal matters, participated in negotiations with the bank and drafted documents, including a complaint regarding the investment service to the Latvian Financial and Capital Market Commission.
