OREANDA-NEWS. August 24, 2011. SORAINEN Latvia advised module housebuilder HBSI Production (HBSI), the Latvian subsidiary of a Norwegian company belonging to the Heimdal group, reported the press-centre of SORAINEN.

In a very short timeframe SORAINEN reviewed the documentation and prepared demands for payment under first demand guarantees.

The sum claimed under one demand was approx EUR 180,000. SORAINEN assisted HBSI in collecting evidence to ensure service of demands. Advice also covered insolvency issues due to the contractor's insolvency and negotiations with other parties involved.
