OREANDA-NEWS. August 23, 2011. State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan has registered the issue prospectus of Parabank’s bonds.

Baku Stock Exchange reports that within the issue the bank can draw AZN 10 million through the issue of 10.000 bonds with AZN 1.000 each. They will have circulation period for 1.800 days and 15% annual yield rate paid every 90 days. The placement underwriter is Unicapital.
