... according to the Bank Board of Directors decision based on the parties agreement, on August 12, 2011 has been cancelled an agreement signed between the Bank and the Bank Management Board Chairman  Marat Zairov with early termination of authorities as the Bank Management Board Chairman.

According to the Bank Board of Directors decision, the Bank Management Board Deputy Chairman Rauan Daukenov shall fulfill obligations of the Bank Management Board Chairman.
