OREANDA-NEWS. August 23, 2011. The Securities Commission of Lithuania undertook a decision to waive Stumbras AB status of an issuer.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 14 03 2011 approved resolutions to delist Stumbras AB shares from NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Baltic additional listing and cancel the public offering of Stumbras AB shares.

The tender offer to buy shares of the Company was implemented in March – April of 2011 and the shares of the Company were removed from the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Baltic additional listing on 31st of July 2011.
