OREANDA-NEWS. August 22, 2011. Within the framework of visit to the People's Republic of China the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Mykola Prysyazhnyuk met with the Minister of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China Khan Chanfu. Sides have discussed prospects of the Ukrainian-Chinese cooperation in agrarian area and creations of stock of agrarian techniques in Ukraine. 

It is scheduled that the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine visits Chinese enterprises and met with business-circles.

Besides the session of the Ukrainian-Chinese subcommittee in the field of agriculture today passes in Beijing on which issues of creation joint stock of agrarian techniques in territory of Ukraine will be discussed, as well as prospects of cooperation in the field of the food-processing industry, veterinary medicine and nonproduction cooperation.

Let's remind, on April 20, the first session of the Commission on cooperation between Ukraine and the People's Republic of China took place in Kyiv during which the Memorandum of mutual understanding between Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China concerning joint construction of stock of agrarian techniques was signed.

The Ukrainian-Chinese technological park in agro industrial branch is the joint innovative project uniting investment projects in the field of agriculture, in particular, on cultivation of grain and olive cultures, constructions of capacities on their processing, constructions of cattle-breeding complexes, capacities on manufacture of forages, carrying out of research works on animal industries and plant growing.
