VTB Finances Construction of Residential Complex in St. Petersburg
OREANDA-NEWS. August 19, 2011. VTB Bank North-West Regional Center has opened a RUB 500 million revolving facility for KVS-Primorsky, maturing in 5 years, reported the press-centre of VTB Bank.
The company will channel the funds to finance a part of expenditures on the construction of comfort class residential complex GUSI-Lebedi in Primorsky District of St. Petersburg.
The residential complex, which comprises four apartment blocks, an outside parking lot and a multistory parking, will be completed by 2015. The concept of the project is to provide enhanced quality of affordable housing with fine finish, built under a unique designer project.
The project also contemplates construction of a sports and recreational center with pools for children and adults in the vicinity of the residential complex.
