OREANDA-NEWS. August 18, 2011. The biggest payment this month totaled to UAH 166,250 and was paid out in relation to the theft of Scania P 114.

Scania P 114 truck was owned by a legal entity and was insured with Allianz Ukraine Ins.Co. under a comprehensive motor insurance agreement, including against theft risk. The evil-doers stole the truck in Rostov Region (Russia).

The investigation aimed at finding the vehicle produced no results and the criminal case was dismissed.

Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the signed motor hull insurance agreement, payment was made in two stages – earlier, on initiation of a criminal case on theft, 30% of loss had been indemnified (UAH 71,250). As for now, the company has already completed the settlement of this loss event.
