OREANDA-NEWS. August 18, 2011. In general, objects of not completed construction in Ukraine have received the state and private means in volume 262 billion UAH. The central authorities, which build habitation, have 243 not completed inhabited houses where it has already mastered more than 1 billion UAH.

"The quantity of the money buried into the ground is those, that it is necessary to make a decision: to complete, change end use, to sell or liquidate", - the Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine Anatoliy Blyznyuk is convinced. "The Ministry will offer to finance from the state and local budgets only uncompleted construction, and only on that the decision of expediency of extension of construction is accepted since 2012", - Anatoliy Blyznyuk emphasized.

As he said, the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services will offer also a number of the organizational steps which is directed on the decision of a problem of long-term constructions, in particular, creation of special coordination advice for definition of expediency of completion of each object of the state and municipal property, formation of the list of objects on intermediate term prospect. It is necessary to determine sources of financing of completions from the state budget for 2012.

Besides it would be studied expediency of introduction of local building collection, as well as expediency of creation of the state building bank.
