OREANDA-NEWS. August 18, 2011. Andrew Cann will be responsible for the provision of financial services transactions. Andrew brings a wide breadth of market and client experience and as the lead partner for the Moscow-based financial services team within Transaction Services will play a prominent role on larger financial services transactions in the wider CEE / CIS region, reported the press-centre of PwC Russia.

Andrew was born on 24 April 1973 in the UK.  In 1994 Andrew graduated from Exeter University (UK) with BA Honours in Economics & Politics.

Andrew joined PwC London's Financial Services group in December 1997, moving to Transaction Services in the Financial Services team in 2001, where he attained the position of Director.  He relocated to Moscow in April 2008, where he currently lives with his family. Andrew has specialized in financial services transactions for over 10 years. He also has extensive experience working on both sides of deals, including financial due diligence, vendor due diligence and vendor assistance support.

Andrew Cann is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants, England & Wales (1997) whilst training from 1994-1997 with Oury Clark Chartered Accountants in the UK.
