OREANDA-NEWS. August 18, 2011. In 2012, the Government will increase the amount of funds to support book publishing twice as much. About it stated the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov at the opening the Seventh Kyiv International Book Fair.

"We have supported and will support the Ukrainian book publishing. This is our principal policy. And it's not only in the subsidies from the state budget that we allocate for this purpose, but from year to year we will been allocating more and more, and I think in the next year we will increase the financial support compared with this year about twice", - Mykola Azarov emphasized.

He added as the Ukrainian economy will be developing, the support of domestic book publishing will grow.
