OREANDA-NEWS. August 18, 2011. The average price for a square meter of apartments in Chisinau in July 2011 amounted to 610 euros, remaining unchanged for 4 months. According to Lara Real Estate Agency’s data, real estate prices in Chisinau reduced by 2.4 percent in comparison with July 2010. At the same time, since October 2010, the market cost of a square meter of apartments in Chisinau remained at 614 euros for six months, and went down to 610 euros in April 2011.

In July, a square meter of one-room apartments in the Botanica district cost from 594 euros (Airport) to 717 euros; in Buiucani - 668-702 euros; in the Center - from 697 евро (Telecentru) to 818 euros; in Ciocani - from 656 euros (Otovaska) to 669 euros, in Riscanovca - from 661 (Posta Veche) to 705 euros (Albisoara).

Two-room apartments cost in Botanica 555-660 euros for a square meter; in Buiucani - 656-667 euros; in the Center - 677-738 euros; in Ciocani - 612-658 euros; in Riscanovca - 639-694 euros. A square meter in three-room apartments in May 2011 in Botanica cost 504-593 euros; Buiucani - 561-576 euros; in the Center - 580-638 euros; Ciocani - 538-611 euros; Riscanovca - 570-611 euros.

Four-room apartments were sold at the price of 457-534 euros for a square meter in Botanica; 522-534 euros – in Buiucani; 519-570 euro – in the Center; 483-539 euros – in Ciocani, 534-554 euros – in Riscanovca.
