OREANDA-NEWS. August 17, 2011. Rustam Minnekhanov the President of Tatarstan Republic, the delegation of Rostekhnadzor headed by Svetlana Radionova, Deputy Head of the agency, Yuriy Lisin, first VP OJSC Transneft, Petr Degtyarev, Head of Oil and Gas Refining Department of Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, arrived at OJSC TANECO on a working visit. Prior to the meeting accompanied by Shafagat Takhautdinov, the general director of OJSC Tatneft and Khamza Bagmanov, the General Director of OJSC TANECO, they visited key facilities of the first start-up complex: CDU-VDU-7, visbreaker, SRU.

During the visit to the site of Refining and Petrochemical Complex the participants of the meeting get acquainted with operation of power and water supply facilities, drainage system, tank farms and control systems. The delegation also visited the Central Laboratory of the Complex, which is certified for quality control of feedstock, product, processes, and also accredited for ecological monitoring on different stages of production life cycle. At every stop point high-ranking guests were interested in details of construction and installation progress and integral testing of the equipment, working conditions for operating personnel, compliance with the requirements of industrial, fire and environment safety.

During the meeting in the office over the issues of integral testing of the first start-up complex of OJSC TANECO they summarized the results of the visit and contemplated actions for further cooperation in implementation of unique for Russia project.
