OREANDA-NEWS. August 17, 2011. According to the State Statistics Committee the growth of GDP has made 5 % for seven months of 2011. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov informed about it during opening the exhibition action "A colourful Ukraine", devoted to 20-th anniversary of independence of Ukraine which took place at the National complex "Expocentre of Ukraine".

"The State Statistics Committee has promulgated its official returns for seven months. It is set the growth of GDP at a range 5% for seven months", - Mykola Azarov emphasized. Thus he emphasized that the growth of GDP made almost 8 % in July.

At the same time the PM expressed satisfaction that in current year the gain of manufacture in such branches as construction and an agriculture which last year "seriously lagged behind" is fixed.

The Prime Minister reminded that Ukraine would have a good harvest this year. In this connection Mykola Azarov set the task to save a gathered crop. "We will not simply gather a good harvest, but we will preserve it. Practically there would be no losses - such problem is put before all heads of the agricultural enterprises", - Mykola Azarov emphasized.
