NORVIK BANKA Presents New Identification System by Telephone
OREANDA-NEWS. August 17, 2011. We would like to inform you that NORVIK BANKA is implementing a new customer identification system by telephone from June. Each customer will be given unified voice password for Bank’s products and services. The customer will be able to find out all information necessary using this password, calling the Main Customer Line to (+371) 67041100, reported the press-centre of NORVIK BANKA.
In order to attribute unified voice password, you should submit an application in any NORVIK BANKA Customer Service Centre or fill in the application in e-NORVIK system.
The transition period from old identification system to the new one will last till September 06, 2011. During this time customers, who are not given unified voice password, will be identified according to the old system.
As from September 06, 2011 customers, who would like to get information about Bank’s products and services will have to call the new voice password.
