OREANDA-NEWS. August 16, 2011. Ingosstrakh OJSIC Astrakhan branch sold a hull insurance policy for a floating crane in the amount of 362 million rubles. The policy holder is Crane Marine Contractor Ltd.

The policy for Bogatyr 3 covers the total loss and damage for the period until 2012.

Ingosstrakh Insurance Company Astrakhan branch cooperates with Crane Marine Contractor since 2005.

Founded in 2003, Crane Marine Contractor Ltd. (CMC) (http://www.cmc-heavylift.ru) owns and operates Bogatyr-3 and Volgar floating cranes with the lifting capacity of 300 tons and 1600 tons, as well as Sevan ramp barges with the loading capacity of 5540 tons. All the vessels are based in Astrakhan and have all the necessary documents and permissions by the Russian Register of Shipping for operation both n Caspian Sea ports and in the main Caspian Sea within its marine class.
