OREANDA-NEWS. August 16, 2011. Six companies of OJSC KAMAZ’s service network in Ukraine were given the status of KAMAZ’s certified service centers.

Enterprises of the sales and service network of OJSC KAMAZ in Ukraine are certified for compliance with corporate requirements every six months. To satisfy all requirements, the service centers should be very well equipped, have special tools and maintenance documentation, store details and always keep a minimum stock of spare parts, train technical personnel in the sphere of design features, maintenance and repair of KAMAZ vehicles. This year, certificates were given to the following companies: Lorry machines Supermarket AVTEK, DPII Avtoinveststroy-Rovno, Agro-Soyuz Corporation, LLC  Dorozhnaya Karta, LLC  Tekhnotorg Don, and LLC  Torgovy Dom KAMAZ. Besides the certified service centers, the network of OJSC KAMAZ in Ukraine also includes 22 service stations.

During the last certification, results of activity for the first half-year were summed up, and changes to the service policy of OJSC KAMAZ were considered. Ukraine will soon start operating trucks corresponding to Euro 3 and higher emission standards. "Service of high quality is a key constituent of the auto industry,” said Ilnur Kayumov, Director of Service of ZAO FTC KAMAZ. “OJSC KAMAZ updates its vehicles with the help of components and equipment from the world’s leading producers. So, modernized KAMAZ vehicles should be maintained by qualified experts with the help of special diagnostic equipment. We have already taken important steps to take the service network of OJSC KAMAZ in Ukraine to a new higher level."

While it was organizing centralized service of its vehicles equipped with Cummins engines in the first half-year of 2011, KAMAZ carried out certification of LLC  Torgovy Dom KAMAZ jointly with CUMMINS and gave it a status Service Center KAMAZ-CUMMINS. KAMAZ plans to further expand the service network in Ukraine.
