OREANDA-NEWS. August 16, 2011. SOCAR management held a meeting with the delegation of Russneft Company at SOCAR Head office. The meeting was attended by SOCAR First Vice-President Mr. Khoshbakht Yusifzade, SOCAR Vice-President on Oil and Gas Production and Transportation Mr. Rahman Gurbanov, specialists of the company’s relevant departments and divisions, as well as Russneft First Vice-President Mr. Sergei Bakhir, Scientific and Technical Center head Mr. Alexander Kudrin, Global Energy Azerbaijan Ltd President Igor Kirdoda, as well as heads of operational companies. During the meeting, the sides decided to prepare a long-term action program in the spheres of increasing oil and gas production, wide use of scientific and technological innovations in production, and ensuring technical security and environmental protection.
