OREANDA-NEWS. August 16, 2011. Eurasian Bank organized round table devoted to the 1st anniversary of launching the social program “Future 20”. This year ten more graduates of Kazakhstan’s and foreign universities joined participation in the unique bank project, reported the press-centre of Eurasian Bank.
 
As it is known, Eurasian Bank in 2010 launched program Future 20 within the framework of the state industrial-innovation program, directed to preparation of young specialists into high-qualification managers of banking business in Kazakhstan.
 
In July of last year 20 best graduates of Kazakhstan’s and foreign universities started their careers with annual rotation in structure divisions of the head office and its branches. The project became a starting point in the career of young people who gain colossal experience in various directions of banking business during the process of work and training.
 
According to Chairman of Management Board of JSC Eurasian Bank Michael Eggleton, who acted as initiator of the project, the first year of program implementation has been very successful.  “We pin high hopes on our interns. During this time the young specialists showed themselves from the best side. I am sure they can achieve the set goals and become professionals of their business,” – said Mr. Eggleton.
 
This year the Bank increased the number of participants to 25 persons, giving a start to the new project Future 25.
 
“We selected the best graduates of 2011 among 395 candidates from KAZNU, KIMEP, IAB, KBTU, ENU and foreign universities, who announced themselves in their “alma mater”. These are the scholars of educational grants of Nursultan Nazarbayev, Bolashak scholars, organizers of Kazakhstan’s student communities in foreign universities, prize-winners of international scientific-educational conferences, winners of competitions, holders of breastplates “Altyn Belgi”, — says Gulnara Musina, Managing Director of JSC Eurasian Bank and curator of the project. — Two participants have left the program and started working in Eurasian bank in the positions of leading specialists. With the help of the Bank they will grow to positions of mid-tier top managers and will learn all the aspects of banking system from the inside.”
 
In accordance with the Bank’s concept of personnel quality improvement adopted for 2011 more and more young specialists are attracted to work in Eurasian Bank. The active cooperation with the universities of the republic promotes the improvement of education level of graduates and reduction of existing imbalance between the market demands and the offers in the field of education.
