International Company BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION solemnly handed the certificate to the Bank's management after a thorough inspection certification area.

Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 introduced to effectively meet the needs and exceed the expectations of the Bank's customers, strengthening its leading position in car loan market in Ukraine, developing relationships with existing and potential Partners to strengthen the positive image of the Bank.

Quality Management System provides high-quality management of process, documentation, personnel, customer feedback, the system checks by internal audit, analysis by top management, setting and achieving goals, continuous improvement of systems, etc.
