OREANDA-NEWS. August 15, 2011. Innovative investment project of “NIBULON” gets its spreading. The company extends its presence in Zhytomyr region – the construction of elevator complex in Velyki Korovyntsi village (Chudniv district) is started, reported the press-centre of NIBULON.

Modern branch of “NIBULON” won’t become the first one in the region. Three production units - “Romanivs’ka” (Romaniv village), “Bystrits’ka” (Bystryk village) and “Chudnivs’ka” (Chudniv village) branches have been successfully operating in Zhytomyr region for a long time.
The modern elevator complex will be situated on the land area of 6.5 hectares. Branch team will consist of 60 employees. Grain storage capacity will be 76 thousand tons, capacity of dryers will be 4 thousand tons per day. Loading capacity on railway transport will be 5 thousand tons per day. Estimated cost of the construction is UAH 120 million.

The elevator will be the most modern technological facility in the region. Putting it into operation, proximity to the farmers will help them to reduce the cost of the logistical component and increase the profitability of domestic production.

The construction, which will be started in August, will be completed according to “NIBULON’s” standards quickly and efficiently in October this year.

The first, inaugural meeting was held at the location of future construction site on the 4th August. It was attended by representatives of 20 contractor organizations that will be involved in the construction, as well as representatives of “NIBULON” (headed by the Deputy Director General for construction Sergiy Byesyedin). The number of organizations will reach 50 in parallel with increasing volume of work in future.

General designer is JSC “Donets’kagroproekt”. General contractor is CJSC “Zhytlobud-NIKO”.

Chairman of Chudniv District State Administration Maksym Samchyk and head of Velyki Korovyntsi village council Larysa Pashchenko also attended the meeting.

During the meeting logistical issues were discussed, experts of “NIBULON” explained to partners the requirements of accounting documentation, partner’s attention was paid to safety rules during execution of work. Directors of contractor organizations familiarized themselves with the project of the future complex, estimated scope of work and deadlines, the first schedules of work were conceived.

The main emphasis was placed on the urgent works: the dismantling of old buildings that are located within the site, the supply and driving of piles (these are the key works now to let builders from other organizations come to the site). Schedules of structural works related to construction of transformer substations, administrative and laboratory buildings, railway etc. were discussed.
