OREANDA-NEWS. August 15, 2011. Kazakhtelecom has paid out dividends on common shares due for 2010, as well as made additional dividends pay-out on preferred shares due for 2010, reported the press-centre of KASE. 

In pursuance of the decision of the annual general meeting of the Company's shareholders of May 31, 2011, Kazakhtelecom has paid dividends on common shares for 2010 to the amount of KZT528.73 per common share.

In addition, there has been an additional payment of dividends on preferred shares for 2010 to the amount of KZT228.73 per preferred share.

The list of shareholders entitled to receiving dividends has been drawn up as of June 6, 2011.
