OREANDA-NEWS. August 15, 2011. At open meeting of the National Electricity Regulatory Commission has approved amendments to the Exemplary Treaty on the sale of electric power between the State Enterprise "Energorynok" and business entity that produces electricity using alternative energy sources.

The purpose of the adoption of these amendments to bring content of NERC 16.07.2009 № 838 "On approval of sample agreements, concluded with the entities that generate electricity using alternative energy sources" in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On Electricity" as to conditions of stimulation electricity production from alternative sources.

Changes to the text of Exemplary Treaty adopted the NERC create the essential conditions to guarantee by the state purchase of all electricity produced by "green" tariff. Due to this will have additional factors, which confirmed fact of sale of "green" energy by business entities.

In addition, these business entities will be easier to attract investment or loan capital in the construction of power facilities that use alternative energy sources, when using sale-purchase contracts of electricity as actives of collateral.
