OREANDA-NEWS. August 15, 2011. "Important problem for planner is consolidation of land of agricultural propose. It is necessary to exclude multiple image, impregnations", - deputy Head of the State Agency of Land Resources Mykola Kalyuzhnyi noted during his stay with a working trip to Donetsk.

Also within the limits of perfection of a control system under agrarian resources it is provided to lead a complex of works for demarcate of land of the state and municipal property and inventory of land of agricultural propose till January 1, 2015.

Besides in plans of the State Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine is maintenance of updating of a normative monetary assessment of land. Now the Government has increased factor of calculation of a normative monetary assessment of land of commodity manufacture in 1.7 times by its regulation. As of today the hectare of arable land costs 11.8 thousand UHA and from next year price will increase up to 22 thousand UAH. Accordingly rent for use of land share will increase up to 700 UAH for hectare.

Mykola Kalyuzhnyi emphasized, that chiefs of agricultural enterprise, farmers who cultivate more than hundred hectares of arable land, should develop projects of the land management till January 1, 2012, which provide an ecological-economic background of a crop rotation and an accomplishment of land.

"Each of heads of the agricultural enterprises and farmers hope, that the Verkhovna Rada once again will postpone introduction of penal sanctions for default of this norm of the law for a year. It will not be. The bill "On the state support of conservation and restoration of fertility land" has been already prepared. The exit certificated laboratory which will track protection of land also will work". - Deputy Head of the State Agency of Land Resources noted this.
