OREANDA-NEWS. August 12, 2011. VTB Bank granted a 282 mln VAT recovery guarantee to Polycarbon LLC, a company of Omsktekhuglerod Group of Companies, under a credit limit set for the group in July 2011, reported the press-centre of VTB Bank.

Omsktekhuglerod Group of Companies is the largest manufacturer of technical carbon in Russia. Cooperation of VTB and companies of the group has been actively expanding since early 2011.

Nikolay Ustinov, Senior Vice President of VTB Bank, said: “VTB is interested in developing long-term partnership and ready to offer the whole range of financial products and services as well as high profile international experience to support efficient growth of Omsktekhuglerod Group of Companies”.
